Activities at Club North Haven

Club North Haven has a large range of other activities within in the club. Obviously we have state of the art gaming facilities as well as regular events such as raffles and that old favourite bingo.
We also have many sub clubs including dancing, golf, fishing and many others of interest to our members and guests.

Other activities

We also have several other sports clubs :-

NHBC Social Darts Club. The aim of our members is to have fun and encourage goodwill and fellowship amongst our dart players. Social Darts are played most Wednesday evenings meeting at 7.00pm for a 7.30pm start.

Diamonds & Denim Line Dancers. With 15 years dancing experience and 10 years as a line dancing instructor, Di Andrews is a seasoned professional.Join her every Monday between 1pm and 3.30pm at the Club for rehearsals.Beginners are most welcome, and can register from 12.45pm.

The NHBC Snooker Club provides a relaxed, social setting for Snooker enthusiasts. Varying degrees of skill and experience are handicapped to ensure newer members can develop their abilities with the potential of taking out the majors in any given week.

The snooker club holds competitions every Wednesday at 6.30pm. New players asked to attend the Club by at least 6.15pm to allow time to join before the competition.

 

NHBC Anglers Club

The NHBC Anglers Club membership has grown to over 100,fish logo including quite a number of families. The Anglers Club aims to promote mateship amongst fishermen of all ages and sizes and to bring them together in a family atmosphere. We welcome families to the Club to contest our Sub-Junior and Junior sections.

NHBC Golf Club

The NHBC Social Golf Club meets every Wednesday at Camden Haven Golf Course for a 6.30am tee-off (7.00am in winter). The 14-hole round consists of a competition such as: stableford, stroke, 4BBB, ambrose, etc. normally in two grades.

In conjunction with the main event a putting competition and two nearest-the-pins are normally also held for each grade. Each week this is followed up by a presentation at the North Haven Bowling Club, with a monthly bbq also taking place.
